1. fresh straw with barnyard animal poo in it
2. stuff a year old – compost but not ground
3. dirt

Oh..  and this is in the back of my van…  and Joanne dug up 5 strawberry plants for me!

One Step at a Time!

 

 

 

First there was a tarp… a regular old tarp!

 

 

 

 

 

Then there was a dog with a harness all ready to pull something!

So – next – attach dog to tarp and give it a test run!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Not so bad!    Fill with leaves!   Heavier…  Oh yes…  branches also!

So with a little coaxing – the pile is on it’s way to the compost heap!!!
